Howdy!
Welcome to Sunday Shorts, a collection of fictional short stories published every Sunday.
I’m Matt Keyser. By day, I’m a freelance writer/editor. At night, I enjoy dabbling in fiction. So often I write short stories and leave them to die in the depths of my desktop. But recently I’ve been inspired by the great Shea Serrano to write more and to release my work into the world. (Yikes.)
These short fictional stories will be based upon ideas I conjure up, interesting topics from Reddit’s r/writingprompts, and great ideas y’all send my way.
Each story will be short enough that you can read it before getting out of bed, as you’re lounging around the house, or when you’re taking some alone time on the pooper.
Some will be funny.
Some will be sad.
Some will be good.
Some will be bad.
Some will probably be really bad.
I’ll let you be the judge every Sunday with each new release, the first of which I’ll publish March 14—that’s this Sunday! (Hint: It’s a story about one man’s poop shyness and the voices he hears while going number two.)
If you subscribe, you’ll receive it directly in your inbox.
Cheers, y’all!
